Docuscan have an expanded office network coverage and have now embarked on a partner recruitment drive for System Integrators, Value Added Resellers and Distribution Partners spanning the entire ECOWAS countries in West Africa.

Docuscan offers Resellers and Partners an opportunity to register their Projects while still at the planning stage. We understand and recognise the need to reward project developers and deal makers. Therefore we support them by locking their deals (up to the level of our suppliers) to ensure its success! Our unique project protection policy ensures that your dedicated invoicing relationship remain confidential thereby ensuring margin protection for your efforts. As specialist value added distributors of document management hardware (Kodak scanners) and software (ABBYY, ELO & EMC Documentum) Docuscan Africa are always looking for additional resellers. We work with a range of resellers and systems integrators to deliver robust, complete, optimal Document Management solutions to your customers/end users.

  1. Advice & Recommendations – Leverage on the most in-depth DM knowledgebase in the region and gain access to a broad range of hardware and software based solutions. This enables you to offer the “right” solution (given their budget and needs) to your customers
  2. Partner support – As our exclusive focus is document management you can be assured that we are not your competitors, we are your partners.
  3. Demonstration units – We will work with you to provide your customer with a demonstration of our scanners. We will design a presentation that is appropriate to the specific client and their vertical and accompany you to make a presentation. You as the reseller will always be responsible for the relationship with the client.
  4. Evaluation units – You can offer your customers an evaluation scanner, which we will install and allow them to test for 1-2 weeks. This will enable your customer to appreciate the benefits of our range of scanners before purchasing.
  5. Discounted scanners for demonstration purposes – We can provide you with your own demonstration scanner at a discounted price.
  6. Free Docuscan Africa training courses to equip your staff to sell our products and solutions.
  7. User training – We provide optional training courses for your customers
  8. After Sales Support – We provide after-sales support to back all the solutions we provide.
    Warranties & Support

In our workshops in Lagos we repair and service Kodak scanners. Our engineers are trained directly by the manufacturers and we only use original spare parts. As a result you can be confident that all the scanners you sell will be fully backed by the manufacturer’s one year warranty and that you have fully qualified support within West Africa.
